Raymond Salas is an entrepreneur and corporate America refugee turned Energy Healer. He discovered his gift for intuition and healing quite accidentally, when he accepted an invitation to study with a group of ancient Eastern Healers in 1991. At the time, he had no intention of becoming a professional Energy Healer and was enjoying a successful run in a variety of different careers, from music and publishing to non-profit work.
After leaving the study group, however, Raymond began to practice and refine the energy healing techniques he’d been taught, ultimately testing them out on open-minded colleagues and friends. When he had success healing a co-worker of her migraines, his friend suggested he come to her party and perform healing work on her mother, who was suffering from back pain. He agreed, and within a few minutes, her pain was gone. Quite unexpectedly, everyone who was in the room at the party experienced some sort of positive reaction to the healing. From there, Raymond’s faith in energy work was reinforced, and his life’s purpose was revealed.
Although Raymond continued to work in high-profile corporate jobs and expand his business as a successful DJ and music company vice-president, he never lost his passion for energy healing. He created a blog devoted to the topic, where he posted frequently about his experiences, and began to attend workshops and read books about others doing similar work. Eventually, doctors, chiropractors and traditional family therapists began to seek him out for assistance with their clients and patients.
Raymond ultimately left his big business life behind and decided to become an Energy Healer full-time. Since 1992, he’s been helping people from all over the world and all walks of life clear the blockages that prevent them from finding their greatest joy and highest good. He has been featured in multiple television and radio programs and is a guest speaker in personal development workshops. In addition to his healing, he’s also worked as a spiritual counselor for a drug and alcohol treatment center and Marianne Williamson’s Los Angeles Center for Living. In February 2006, he published his first book, Yoga In A Book, which is a collection of personal, spiritual insights designed to help heal and inspire others.
Raymond received his Bachelor’s Degree from Loyola Marymount University and resides in the Santa Monica area, where his practice is based. He works with clients both in person and on a distance basis.
